What is SoccerProject?

SoccerProject is an Online Soccermanager game
 

When are matches played?

There are 5 simulation moments each day:
- 04.00h: League- or Cup-game
- 10.00h: Friendly game
- 14.00h: Friendly game
- 18.00h: Friendly game
- 22.00h: Friendly game
League games are played from Monday till Friday, Cup games are played on Wednesdays, sometimes on Saturdays, and during the last week of the season, from Monday till Friday. Friendly games can be played on every day of the week.
 

How much does it cost?

Nothing at all! SoccerProject can be played for free
 

Why is there an option to pay money?

Managers who want to financially support our team, can transfer some money. They will have some extra features
 

How can I show my logo?

You have to fill in the location of your logo in your profile. Other managers can then see your logo.
 

How can I quit SoccerProject ?

Very simple, just stop logging in. Your account will automatically be deleted after a few weeks of inactivity.
 

I'm a complete beginner, where can I get some help?

You can ask any question you have at http://forum.soccerproject.com . But you can also ask for a mentor, an experienced manager to help you during your first weeks.
 

Is it allowed for 2 managers to use the same PC?

Sure! As long as there are no transactions between those teams.
 

I'm going on a holiday, what should I do ?

First of all you can set your vacation mode. This means your team will not be deleted after 3 weeks of inactivity. Of course you can still log in during vacation mode.

You can also let someone else take over your team, but be careful with suspicious transactions!
 

Can I manage more than 1 team?

Certainly not! Of course you can start a new team at any time, as long as you never ever log in again with your old account.
 

I've made a mistake and offered too big a salary, win bonus or sign bonus to a player. Can this be adjusted ?

No, we don't correct manager mistakes. These things are your own responsability.
 

What is Wallie ?

Wallie is cash on the internet. With the Wallie-card you can make online payments. Therefore, Wallie is a safe alternative for internet payments via credit card or authorization.

The Wallie-card is the prepaid payment card of Wallie. With the unique code on the back of every card, you can make payments on the internet. The charge for every purchase you make is automatically deducted from your Wallie-credit. The Wallie-card is available in a lot of shops.

How long does it take before your team gets deleted ?

Managers who are inactive for over three weeks are deleted twice per season. Once at the beginning of the season and once at the end of the first round (after 15 league games).

What happens to cheaters?

Every cheater will be kicked right away, the team will be reset!
 

Who are the sheriffs ? How can we contact them ? And in what language ?

The list of sheriffs can be found at the about page. A sheriff can be contacted by E-mail, his address is always [Sheriff name]@soccerproject.com. Make sure to always contact a sheriff in English or his mother tongue, otherwise your mail cannot be handled.
 

What is a cheatreport?

A cheatreport is a reported case of (possible) cheating made by any manager. When somebody spots a cheater, he can let this know to the sheriffs, who can start an investigation. All reports can and will be read by the sheriffs
 

How can I report a cheater?

1. You can click on the transfer price on the transfer overview page (Team - Transfers - Overview).

2. You can create a cheatreport about any manager (Manager - Other managers - Cheaters).
 

How do you know what happens with your cheatreport ?

You can follow the status of your cheatreport by following this path: Menu - Manager – Other managers – Cheaters.
 

How long can it take for a sheriff to react on your appeal and what to do if you get no reaction at all ?

The sheriffs are no more than regular managers who voluntarily help SoccerProject, so it might take a few days before they can answer you. Overloading a sheriff with E-mails will certainly not help you case. It's better to send 1 single mail with a clear explanation of your case, that will certainly help the sheriff to make a quick decision. If you have not received an answer after 4 days, you can send a mail to sheriffs@soccerproject.com.
 

I paid for SPFA-membership but I was banned. Now I want to start a new team. Can I transfer my remaining SPFA-days ?

Yes, you can. Just send an E-mail to contact@soccerproject.com and explain the situation.
 

What happens to players with endings contracts during the time a manager is banned?

The contracts of all players and staff are frozen during the period a manager is banned. This means that their contracts will not end, but of course their wages still have to be paid.
 

Are all managers treated the same way? SPFA-members and well-known managers as well ?

Yes.
 

What do I have to do when I accidently made a too high offer on a player ?

Warn us as soon as possible. Either through a cheatreport or an E-mail.
 

What do I have to do when I receive a too high offer on a player ?

Warn us as soon as possible. Either through a cheatreport or an E-mail.
 

Am I responsible when an unknown manager makes a too high bid on a player of mine ?

Yes. You need to let us know as soon as possible.
 

How can I know what a correct transfer price for a given player is?

That is a very hard question to answer. But based on the transfer price of other players, it is very easy to know which prices are way over the top. And those are the only ones that result in a ban. If you have any doubt about a transfer price, please feel free to contact the sheriffs.
 

How can you know if you are banned by a sheriff, or banned for another reason ?

If you are banned by a sheriff, you receive an E-mail about this.
